WHAT'S INSIDE

We believe in transparency. You should know what you are putting into your body. Gold Stake provides the body with all the minerals necessary for all systems in our body to work in harmony. There are 22 minerals essential to human health and these nutrients are divided into two categories: major minerals and trace minerals.

Gold Stake naturally combines all 22 essential minerals into one supplement. Here's a look at some of those minerals that our bodies absolutely love.

Ammonium Sulfate

AMMONIUM SULFATE

A mineral salt, this element is the synergistic activator in the supplement and acts as a catalyst when combined with the other elements present. This enables bone marrow to re-spawn by producing more and better blood which improves the immune system. All of the elements become more absorbable and assimilation of all nutrients necessary for health is greatly improved. Sulfate comes from sulfur and contains three of the essential amino acids - methionine, cystine and cysteine - so it is closely related to protein metabolism. Skin, hair, and nails contain some of the bodies more rigid proteins and these have a high sulfur content. Sulfur is also necessary for the utilization of B vitamins and it helps detoxify the body by combining with foreign substances and carrying them out.

Zinc

ZINC

Zinc is related to the normal absorption and activation of vitamins and is a constituent of at least 25 enzymes involved in carbohydrate digestion and phosphorous metabolism. It is a component of insulin, and is part of the enzyme that is needed to break down alcohol. Zinc is essential for general growth and proper development of the reproductive organs and for normal functioning of the prostate gland. Deficiency symptoms are increased fatigue, susceptibility to infection/injury, decreased alertness, slow growth, delayed sexual maturity, prolonged healing of wounds and stretch marks.

IRON HYDROXIDE

Iron is a mineral concentrate found in the blood and combined with protein in the body. The major function or iron is to combine with protein and copper in making hemoglobin, the coloring matter of red blood cells. Hemoglobin transports oxygen in the blood from the lungs to the tissues which need oxygen to maintain basic life functions. Iron builds up the quality of the blood and increases resistance to stress and disease.

Magnesium Oxide

MAGNESIUM OXIDE

Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in many vital metabolic processes. It helps regulate the acid/alkaline balance in the body and helps promote absorption and metabolism of other minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, sodium and potassium. It also aids in bone growth and is necessary for the proper functioning of the nerves and muscles.

POTASSIUM HYDROXIDE

Potassium is an essential mineral that helps regulate water imbalances in the body. It is necessary for normal growth, stimulating nerve impulses for muscle contraction, and aiding in keeping the skin healthy. It also stimulate the kidney to eliminate poisonous body waste.

Copper

COPPER

Copper is involved in several different body functions. It is necessary for bone formation and acts as a catalyst to iron in the formation of hemoglobin. Also, it acts as a catalyst to vitamin C in the formation of elastin and collagen in the skin. Copper participates in protein metabolism, in the production of many nucleic acids, in proper nerve function and in the healing process. Many enzymes either contain copper or require it as a catalyst for their activities.
